Professional Life includes lithographs, contact sheets, and transparencies that were part of Wengenroths professional process as an artist. It also includes professional correspondence, catalogs, and exhibition brochures spanning Wengenroths career and clippings regarding Wengenroths exhibitions and professional life. Personal Life includes correspondence, clippings, memorabilia, and blueprints. There is a box of folders containing the courtship letters of Wengenroth and his second wife, Harriet Matson. Photographs includes professional and personal images. One folder includes photographs of Wengenroths professional life, including photos of him at work on a lithograph. Album, Volume 1 is a small album of photographs of the Wengenroth family and Stow Wengenroths early life. The photographs from Maine depicting New England nature scenes provided inspiration for many of Wengenroths lithographs. Family Papers consists primarily of the papers of Stow Wengenroths wives, Edith Flack Ackley and Harriet Matson. Edith Flack Ackleys collection includes her work on the Flack family genealogy, which includes the folder on the Greenport Literary Society in the 1890s. Included are folders of Harriet Matson Wengenroths short story manuscripts written under various pseudonyms.
